Lately I’ve been having strange problems with file transfers over instant messaging clients because of the hardware firewall I’m behind, so I decided to start writing a small CF app for sending/recieving files. During this, I decided I should try and write a pure CSS and XHTML display layer.

I’m just getting started on a basic layout for the application, but figured I’d document the resources I was checking out for help with creating a cross-platform and browser compatible layout.
