		<description>I found that, for some reason, it doesn't work when I put the jars in the $ECLIPSEHOME/plugins/org.apache.ant_$CURRENTVERSION/lib folder.  I have to make an external folder somewhere and then add them to the ANT classpath.  Weird, huh?</description>
