I'll probably keep it simple and go with PHP 5 and Apache 1.3.x as I have on this server currently. I will be going with the FreeBSD 5 series because of threads (it's more Java friendly).

What versions of PHP and Apache are you going to use? I've had nightmarish results trying to get PHP5, Apache2, and mod_python to work on FreeBSD 4.10, just as a warning. (Threads being the issue.)
