		<description>You should definatelly read this book, don't wait, reading only a summary doesn't really give the really usueful information that are in the book.
If you want more encouragement, then you can check my &lt;a href="http://krisreviews.com/reviews/pragmatic_programmer.html" rel="nofollow"&gt;review of Pragmatic Programmer&lt;/a&gt; (hope it is ok to put this here) and try to get a copy of Code Complete, which is also a very good book about similar subjects.</description>
